Dr. Neilans's approach probably is not for everyone but I feel like he is the right fit for me. He is a very good listener and empathetic, but is not the type of therapist to tell you how to think or what to do. He encouraged to bring some deeper feelings to the surface, and supported me while I assessed how to deal with my life issues.
