Dr O'Shea taught me multiple coping skills that helped distract from and lessen the severe pain of bone disease. In addition to his empathetic council, he helped me manage my chronic acute pain with guided imagery, self hypnosis and multiple relaxation techniques that reduced pain and gave me the valuable tools I use to manage pain everyday.
