I have seen Dr. Williams several times through several years for vertigo & receive the Epley maneuver. Have always found him & his receptionist kind, friendly & understanding. It was also pretty easy to get an appt. I knew what my 'co-pay' would be from the start because they explained that it would be cheaper than what would be left if Medicare was used--and his charge was never very much. I don't have experience with him for hearing loss.
