Tom is the single best practitioner I have ever met - in any field! I'm a Dental Hygienist w/30 yrs' experience in the dental field and have had innumerable contacts with practitioners of EVERY type FOR ALL LIFE'S other included reasons. You simply will not find a better provider of care. I know why God smiled when I decided to live in Eagle River to recover from surgery. I'm delighted that Tom Dr. Kevin C. Paisley, DO the best shoulder surgeon on the planet, gave Tom full insight to my case.
