During the exam, I had several questions and concerns, and she addressed each one with clear, understandable explanations, ensuring that I never felt rushed or unimportant.My second visit, which was for the calibration of my hearing aids, further reinforced my positive impression. She devoted ample time to meticulously calibrate my devices, ensuring they functioned optimally for my needs. This bespoke approach to patient care was truly commendable.Additionally, the transparency regarding costs was refreshing.
