I have been going to Dr. Anderson for a couple of years and his professionalism, thoroughness, detailed but simplified explanations, and care keeps me coming back. However, a recent change in his staff at the front desk worries me. The staff before were so nice, went out of their way to take care of you, and you felt like a part of their family. Not sure if they're on leave or left for good, but the new staff weren't as cordial. Maybe it was a bad week, or they're still trying to figure things out, but hopefully, next time will be a more positive experience.
