Tim's council was much needed as I was going through divorce two years ago. Divorce was in evitable, but working with him helped me recover from the shell shock. He listens with empathy and understanding. Sometimes his counsel comes in the form of thoughtful questioning. His questions allow me to open up, and find solutions myself. At other times, he's more direct and can give clarity with his observations. In other words he can both pull the answer out of you, but also suggest direct solutions at times. I've seen him on and off over the past two years. Each time with renewed Hope.
