Snow skiing accident left me with back and shoulder issues. Ended up at Tim Bondy's on Conway Rd in the latter part of March. Worked with Dr. Mike Johnson who showed me various exercises and stretches and explained why these needed to be incorporated in my daily routine. Honestly I would finish up each session with an optimism that I was getting better. I asked if this routine would grow reduce baldness 'No' , or improve my golf game 'Yep'. Mike showed me some stretches and additional exercises to improve my shoulder, hip and core rotations and flexibility.So here it is several months later. I do my stretches and exercises. Back and shoulder issues: negligible. Baldness: yep, still bald. Improved golf game: nope but I can hit my drives some 15 to twenty yards further and I can play 18 holes three or four times a week. That is something I haven't been able to do in quite a while. And oh yeah I can't wait till ski season. Not bad for a 72 year old.
