Dr. Lynch has helped me recognize issues (including some major ones that I wasn't even aware of) that have been sabotaging my mental health & affecting my physical health. His "chair side manner" is soothing, low key & safe. He is kind, while direct; exactly what I need in dealing with my issues. It's very rewarding to recognize the sweet sensation of heading towards healing. So thankful I listened to the still small voice inside me that directed me to call him. Highly recommended.
