I have had a few recent good experiences recently at Dr. Cornell's office. The first was with Dr. Bauman with whom I had a tele-medicine call on a Thursday regarding a stye I had in my eye that was becoming quite painful. My concern was that this issue may have resulted in a bigger problem during an upcoming trip out of the country. The following Monday, my eye was still in quite a bit of pain. For that reason, I visited the office unannounced to determine if I could schedule an appointment to se a doctor. Fortunately, the receptionist was able to fit me to see Dr. Tina Cheng. Dr. Cheng was professional, prompt, compassionate and friendly. She prescribed the right medicine and I'm happy to say that my eye is healing nicely. Thank you Dr. Cheng. Nice meeting you. Thanks too to Dr. Bauman and the staff at Dr. Cornell's office.
