He is very easy to talk to and relate with, which was a huge plus. There is not the uncomfortable pauses. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Having a mental illness is not seeing the person for a few sessions, but it is long term situation. He is insightful to behavior and gives you an understanding on what you are feeling and why. You can process trauma, work thru day to day difficulties, He understands DID and PTSD. I have seen him in the office and tele health.
