I went for an appointment last year with Dr. McWilliams which he told me everything going on with my eyes due to diabetes and PKD. I made an appointment for a year with him. The office called and changed my appointment to another date, which the date was okay. THE PROBLEM I JUST FOUND OUT THAT THE OFFICE STAFF CHANGED MY APPOINTMENT WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR WHICH DIDN'T SIT WELL WITH ME! I phoned the office as soon as I received the text message wanting to know why the doctor was changed without me knowing? Of course the office wouldn't tell me. So I requested an appointment with Dr. McWilliams, which I did receive. Dr McWilliams is a great doctor and I wouldn't be changing doctors!
