I went to Tom Jones with a lot of pain from my past. He does counselling on current problems but he is also one of few therapists who is willing to re-open the past - and he is an EXCELLENT listener – someone who really has made me feel heard and valued. He has helped me be open to deal with my past and its effects on my current life. He is also a Zen practitioner and teacher and my own experience with his Zen meditation instruction has greatly helped me also, even been integral to healing.
