Tonja is AWESOME!! She KNOWS you and what may be going on other than what you actually tell her! She's Not afraid to tell you when she DOESN'T know, and ask you if she can refer you to someone who has more experience than her! She's AWESOME with my grandkids!! My oldest grandson does NOT do well with medical personnel, but after I reassured him that he would actually LIKE Tonja he agreed to see her. Afterwards he was all smiles and said, "she's really cool!! I LIKE her!!".
