I went to see Dr. Phillips after changing doctors, was getting headaches with my old glasses. She was super kind, asking clarifying questions to make sure I had a thorough exam. I was impressed by her ability to explain things in a way that I could understand. She didn't make me feel rushed or worried about asking questions. I'm a bit of a worrier and she helped me feel at ease. Thank you, Dr. Phillips! No more headaches with the new glasses.
