Tonya takes time to listen and let me open up. Tonya validates my experiences but also can gently correct any thoughts or expectations that aren't reasonable, like me expecting others to not have boundaries. I've learned coping skills and ways to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I highly recommend Tonya.
