I have a very difficult case and I was not able to get the help I needed until I was referred to Tracey Fremd NP. The office staff helped me navigate the referral and records process and clearly explained the office procedures, my insurance and went above and beyond to help with my medications that all needed an authorization before I could get them filled. Tracey is compassionate, empathetic and friendly. She has a lot of pain management experience and I appreciate her candid conversation, recommendations and referrals to help me get all the care that I desperately need. I highly recommend Premier Healthcare and Tracey Fremd NP if you need pain management and pain medications.
