I have the pleasure of working with Tracy and I can't express enough how amazing she is. She has this ability to make you feel at ease and comfortable in her presence, which is so important when discussing personal issues. Her expertise in EMDR therapy was particularly helpful for me in processing past traumatic experiences and resolving them. Her insights and guidance have been invaluable to my growth and healing. She has truly helped me to understand myself better and I am so grateful for her help. She is flexible and compassionate with scheduling which I value in a therapist. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a caring, understanding and highly skilled therapist who will truly listen to you and help you to achieve your goals.
