My care provider does an excellent job of knowing my history, listening, interpreting my results, asking questions, making suggestions, reminding me to call if I have any questions, and writing up the notes from our visit. This demonstrates that how she cares and wants to help her patients. I don't know how to say this, but sometimes I walk out feeling like it could have been a more positive experience. I think this has to do with what sometimes is called "bedside manner". It's a sense of warmth and friendliness-smiling, nodding, that every person you meet is unique and special, and you as the provider is happy to see your client or patient. This is demonstrated through body language and a friendly tone of voice. Many nurses are very good at this. It doesn't have to be overdone or fake.
