I was fortunate enough to come across Trevor from a previous employer's mental health offerings. When I first met Trevor, I found him to be a unique blend of kindness and practicality. He invested time in our first session to get to know me and the challenges I was facing. He practices with a high degree of practicality and accountability. He creates a safe place where you can meaningfully work on your challenges and I found that over a period of time, I was able to handle things that were once crippling to me. I have seen Trevor for several years and have found him to be one of the most impactful people I've met in my life. I know that my world is better not only being seen and treated by Trevor, but also by knowing him as a person. I can absolutely, without reservation, recommend Trevor as a therapist.
