Trina was the first therapist I had ever visited with and I was very fragile before my first appointment. She immediately put me at easy. So gentle, kind and supportive. She really showed great care and gave me the time to relax and talk. She never made me feel pressured or lost in the process. Her gentle questions guided me into some very emotional topics that I thought I would keep private forever. But it never felt awkward or vulnerable. When I cried (sobbed) Trina was so patient and caring, helping me through. She gave me great, simple steps I could take to empower myself to move through my difficult times. Her guidance never made me feel silly or belittled - in fact she validated my feelings and experiences in a way that made me feel much less alone in my stress and health difficulties. Trina went above and beyond to make me always feel safe, supported and cared about in such a kind way, while always motivating me to see a light on the other side of everything. Thank you Trina!
