I began seeing Troi in November of 2010. I had some tough work to do that boiled down to learning to love and accept myself. Today I am celebrating the journey and I'm feeling grateful for having crossed paths with Troi. Therapy is an act of bravery, she'll remind you, and you'll put the work in. I saw Troi every week in 2011 and did my homework. Sending a hug and a thank you and a promise to keep trusting my vibes.
