I believe all people generally have the resources to help themselves, yet sometimes simply need a safe, trustworthy professional to work through issues, identify goals, make healthy decisions and take steps necessary to live life more fully. I use an integrative and holistic approach that draws largely from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solutions-focused and cognitive behavioral theories. I recognize and respect the fact that individuals have widely varying perspectives and needs. Lastly, I'm flexible with how we meet and offer face-to-face, phone or video sessions. Whatever works best for you!
My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and meet you right where you're at in order to connect, build trust and work together on whatever issue or goal you're coming to me for help with.
