After a month of his nutrition plan made for my body response to foods I can write a review of my body response to it. I have to tell you that my body senses are very high.My morning tired feeling is gone, 3 pounds down, body energy is up 20%, sugar down 15-20 points, I feel better blood flow in the neck with a slight pleasant worm in the thyroid area after almost each meal with improve in body response.
