Ursula Buxton is an extremely empathetic and caring counselor. She is professional, yet so heartwarming at the time when people need it the most! She helped me to deal with anxiety and PTSD very effectively. First with creating a safe space, and later using tools I wouldn't have known about like EMDR which greatly helped. Later in life she also helped me with premarital counseling even though we were already living together like we were married. She gave us tools to use to understand one another better, and find ways communicate better when we couldn't talk and were just fighting. I would strongly recommend her for anyone. She listens to both people and doesn't take sides in relationship issues, just impartial helpful counseling. That being said, not every counselor is a good fit with every client. That isn't a reflection on the counselor. God made us all differently, so we gel better with different people. Give her a try! She helped me and my relationship so much.
