Ursula was wonderful. This was my third pregnancy and I wanted a VBAC. I was concerned that I wouldn't be allowed to to buy Ursula assured me that there was no reason that I shouldn't! I'm over 40 plus I had a hemorrhoid that showed up due to the pregnancy and she checked it out and let me know how to handle it effectively. It was really a trouble but Ursula talked me through everything. And ooooh her nurse is hilarious and wonderful, they really make you feel at home, they listen to you. She grabs a doctor quickly if she needs to, everything was punctual, calming, and professional. I really like Ursula!
