She provides such a relaxing and calm environment and she is incredibly easy to talk to! You can tell she has a lot of experience and she’s always interested and non-judgmental in her verbal and nonverbal cues! She has really helped me work through my anxiety and has helped me realize the root of the problem and how I can help myself!
