I’m 23 now. I stared therapy with Dr. Tilden at 10 and continued until I was 18 or 19. She came in like a super hero when I found myself in a space at 20. Anywho, it’s been a while, I began actively looking for therapy again today (how I ended up here). As always, I check to see what services Dr. Tilden is offering these days. I still haven’t looked but I felt compelled to give Dr. Tilden her flowers. PRO: I learned life skills that I carry with me for a lifetime & I have a valid and vivid experience of what it’s like to feel supported, genuinely.CON: I now possess emotional intelligence and mindfulness skills that 99.9% of the population does not.
