Good therapist. Provides safe place to open up. Practical fixes. It may not be easy to let it all hang out initially with her but she has a gentle approach to understanding a patients stress points Had relationship and work balance stuff to work out. Holiday clouds too. Trust her advice, practice it and give it time to work. Easy location but not in Manhattan 100%. Worth scheduling with her.
