I'm a 64 years young woman who has been in and out the therapy since I was 19. Vickie is the first therapist I have had that actually made a difference in my mental health. She uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). She also participates and challenges you to a higher level of consciousness. I have been with her for over a year now and have improved myself so much, my friends are amazed. I just love this woman. A real lifesaver!
