At first I was very skeptical, but he didn't give up on me, and taught me coping mechanisms, how to work through my own issues as an individual, a parent, and in couples therapy. I look forward to talking to him and everyday know I'm improving in mind, body and spirit. He listens to my concerns and definitely has a unique way of working with me through CBT and his techniques and style are the only that have worked for me. Out of many therapists in the past, he's the only one I've ever continued with. I truly am grateful and blessed to have Doc in my life.
