Vilma has been a major healer during my Long Covid recovery journey. For anyone, who is at any stage of Long Covid, I can't overstate the benefits of hands-on care from someone so knowledgeable about the nervous system.Vilma has helped me to address long-term cranial pressure pain, diaphragm spasms, chest tightness, and major sleep disturbances. Apart from my main complaints - she always listens to my body to find areas in need of attention, such as long-forgotten injuries.Our appointments always feel thorough, never rushed. Vilma is the definition of easy-going, and keeps a comfortable space, so it's very easy to 'tune-in' to the manipulations and exercises, and to enjoy that process. She gives me no more than one therapy exercise 'assignment' per visit, so it's easy to keep up self-care.She can book up quickly, but she is absolutely worth the wait. She is easy to reach and prompt to respond over her Practice's message system. Very grateful to have found Vilma.
