I had suffered from chronic lower back pain for over 20 years. I bounced back and forth between Orthopedic doctors and chiropractors. My condition was worsening and I decided to try physical therapy. Dr. Vince quite literally changed my life. I’m not being dramatic. He was the very first health professional in 20+ years to clearly and simply explain exactly what was wrong with my back, and how I was exacerbating the problems with my movements. He retaught me how to walk, sit, drive, sleep, bend, etc. He gave me specific exercises to improve my strength and balance in the ways that would most benefit my situation. He did this all in 6 sessions. My back was “going out” every other month; leaving me in intense pain. Even when it was “good”, it was bad. I implemented everything Dr. Vince taught me, and my back hasn’t gone out since then. That was almost 3 years ago.
