Virginia LISTENS to what I have to say with both compassion and curiosity that make it easy to feel like a partner in supporting my health. She informs me of as many options as she can find which gives me confidence that we are choosing together how best to protect and support my health. I always feel confident that a call to Virginia will create a solution for my concerns... So, instead of waiting and worrying, I go ahead and call, which gives us a better chance to 'nip it in the bud'.
