I have been seeing Virginia Carthel for nearly 4 years and she always takes care of me. I get shoulder injections and she knows the exact spot to ease my pain. When I had a concern she took me seriously and scheduled me for the appropriate tests ASAP. My work messed up my FMLA paperwork not just once, but twice, and she didn't hesitate each time in filing it out for me. She's extremely busy, as are all caregivers are the VA (especially Doctors and Nurse Practitioners!) but I never feel rushed or that I am being ignored. Basically I need to let everyone know that if you have a concern, then she will listen.
