Virginia Evans was really helpful in getting me the care I needed. She recognized that even though some test results were at the low of normal, I had symptoms indicating that my body's normal was different. She listened, and didn't pretend to know everything. Instead, she'd consult her colleagues and research, then MyChart me with answers, test orders, and/or appointment times to discuss treatment options and next steps.
