Vita was recommended to me after I herniated 2 discs in my lower back. I had been doing physical therapy for a couple months but the results weren't incredible. Seeing her once a week for acupuncture really is what kickstarted my recovery. She was super gentle and in tune to how my body was reacting from the trauma, and went slowly. I never felt concerned that she didn't understand what my body needed, and that helped me relax. Having moved to SoCal, I miss her, she's awesome!
