Scott was wonderful; The right balance between guiding and questioning to help us dig deeper and think thru potential causes as well as various approaches or solutions that we might try. Scott makes you feel at ease and really helps to question and probe in a facilitating non-judgmental manner. Scott was flexible with appointment timing to accommodate our schedules. I'd highly recommend Scott and definitely would reach out to him in the future should any need arise.
