Best therapist ever! She really made me think, practice mindfulness, and reminded me to BREATHE! She was extremely helpful when I was depressed, anxious, feeling heartbroken, coming out as a member of the LGBTQ community, and everything in between! I always felt better leaving her sessions. I'm convinced my quality of life was improved when I listened to her!
