My daughter was very scared to come see anyone, because her ear hurt so bad. She's in the stage that 'I'm scared' so she started crying. Wayne was so patient with her. Let her see and feel the equipment before he went anywhere near her ear. He talked to her in a very calm voice, and she did wonderful. But what makes him her new friend is that he let her have 2 lollipops when she left! It's the little things!!
