I came in knowing I needed to be evaluated for hearing aids and my wife, already wearing aids, needed to be checked for adjustments. Everyone was professional and genuinely friendly. They really took their time to explain the testing procedures and test results. Not only that but the time and care they took to help me with fitting and fine tuning the aids I picked out was above and beyond what I've experienced seeing any medical professional.
