I've been seeing Wendy for almost 8 years now. She helped me through a very trying & traumatic divorce, and subsequent issues stemming from emotional abuse, among others. She continues to teach me how to recognize my self-worth, acknowledge my brain's tendencies to find fault in myself, and coaches me through life's challenges on a biweekly basis. If I have needed an emergency session, she has accommodated me every time, even staying late at work to fit in a session, or talking on the phone before leaving for vacation. She is never judgmental or impatient, and is always kind, compassionate, and understanding. You'd never know on her busiest days that she saw 8 patients before me because she is always present, willing, and ready to provide guidance and help in my times of need. Even though I have known her for 8 years, she is always the consummate professional, doesn't make sessions "about her" (no matter how much I grill her, ha) and she is mindful of our time together). She's the best
