Dr. Wesley Higgs came over to help my 92 year old father and I cannot imagine a better fit. Dr. Higgs CARES about his patients and it SHOWS in everything he does. He is extremely KNOWLEDGEABLE but it is his heart in wanting the very best for his patients comes through.
