I have been chasing a pain in my low back area that I have been told by Drs. Is my SI joint. I have been working with chiropractors, physical therapy (some not so good, others awesome!) to resolve this issue for over a year now! He has seen me many times recently as I hobbled into his office complaining of significant pain. After seeing me a few times with temporary or minimal relief he automatically chose to work on me in a different manner to try to resolve my pain. It seems he made the right adjustment and my pain dropped from 5-6 down to 2-3. Then my pain decided to move around in my right hip from the si joint to my iliac crest. After we talked about where it moved to and where the pain radiated to after PT and massage therapy worked on it, he believed he still needed to change up the adjustment again to the front of my iliac crest. I am now about 6 hours post treatment and all the pain has melted away. I hope it stays away, but I trust his judgment and treatments to fix my hip.
