Dr. Hopkins is very knowledgable, and he incorporates a variety of techniques to relieve my pain while putting me on track to stay pain free in the long term. This includes some adjusting similar to what other chiropractors do, but he adds a lot of soft tissue work, exercises and stretches that are helping me regain strength that I lost from an injury. I would recommend Dr. Hopkins to anyone experiencing neck or back pain.
