While the world calls with complaints, this is a boast on a beautiful soul nurse named Michelle. My husband & I were in a collision 9-20-24. I have a really high pain tolerance because of the life that I’ve lived and the things my body has been through and not being able to take any kind of narcotic pain pills. Documented EVERYWHERE. The last two months the ER has treated me implying verbally that I’m just looking for pills. Stating and I quote that first prescription of muscle relaxers for swollen muscles around hip to my buttocks and swollen muscles in my left knee should have lasted longer for pain. I explained to her on 7th day after collision when you are only prescribed muscle relaxer that says take every four hours FOR PAIN and you wake up in the night to see 4 hrs passed what would u do? VERY GRATEFUL Michelle was so attentive with the best of bedside manner listening instead of assuming or presuming. At Accel Health I’m treated both medically & professionally with quality care
