I went to Whitney for over two years and found her to be incredible. She is extremely easy going, non judgemental, and easy to talk to. She has a genuine desire to see me achieve success. I felt like I had a say in my treatment plan and could give feedback without repercussion. After a few months of treatment and tweaking my depression started to lift and when I told Whitney, she exclaimed "yay!" With an ear to ear smile, she was as happy as I was about being less depressed! She is a strong believer in talk therapy and will pressure you to speak to someone, but medication is only one piece of the puzzle. She encouraged me to continue talk therapy and to get a sleep study even. Turns out I have sleep apnea which is hurting me mentally! I am very happy to have worked with Whitney and I'm sure she will go far, you should never be worried about working with a nurse practitioner
