I have been coming to get PT from Willy Cherry for about 4 months. I feel very fortunate to have found him through a friend. His treatment is called Counter Strain. It has helped me to relax my nervous system. My muscles were so tight that I wasn't sleeping. My sleep is better, my tight muscles are much more relaxed. My nerves are calming down so I need not live in fight or flight. I usually need to sleep for about 20 minutes in my car afterwards. That's because I am in a state of such relaxation! I feel so much better for recieving these treatments. I will be continuing until I can manage better on my own. Look up the Counter Strain technique before going into his appointment. It will help you to understand the difference between this treatment and traditional PT. I wil recommend him to anyone who needs PT!
