I have been gifted with meeting Dr. Horne. He has improved my life. He has enhanced my life. And he is the Jimmy Stewart of counselors. Kind, compassionate, patient, direct. Every time I arrive, I come in confused. Then I leave empowered. If you are ready to heal, learn and grow, Dr. Horne is your go to.
