This is my second time having Bill Oakley as my PT. Several years ago, he got me to 95% flexibility from 0% when I had frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). Now I'm back with severe hip osteoarthritis and he is working miracles on me. In three weeks I went from not being able to walk to walking and mostly without pain. I'll always have to be careful, now I now what is wrong with my hip, but glad to be functional again. An assistant helps me with the regular exercises but he does the joint manipulation and answers all my questions. I have been walking out of my PT sessions with 100% flexibility and no pain. We're working on me getting there through my home exercises. I highly recommend him. Also, appointments are prompt, no waiting.
